Keep Your Relationship Strong After Becoming Parents

Did you know that 67% of parenting couples experience a drop in their relationship satisfaction after having kids?

Most parents feel overwhelmed after having a baby. It's easy to get so wrapped up in parenting and working to support your growing family that your relationship gets neglected.

This childbirth education workshop covers what you need to know to prepare your relationship for having a baby.

This workshop is for you if:

  • You are expecting a new baby or have already had one .

  • You wonder if you and your partner are the only one struggling with adjusting to parenthood or having a new baby.

  • You want to learn ways to improve your relationship with your partner.

  • You want to learn ways to co-parent and still maintain your couple relationship.

We will cover a range of topics, including:

  • common challenges parents experience adjusting to parenthood,

  • what is common and normal in postpartum adjustment and what might require medical attention,

  • ways your mental health and partner relationship impacts your child’s development,

  • communicating with your partner and steps for keeping your relationship strong

You will leave this workshop with tools to develop a personalized postpartum wellness plan to protect your couple relationship, enhance intimacy and prepare for co-parenting. You will get a workbook with workshop materials and resources.
